Costly temptations

With the „B&G Shopper Monitor“, the team at the consultancy Bormann & Gordon has been examining shopper behaviour in the German convenience market every two years since 2004. Since 2010, purchasing behaviour in the forecourt shop has been in continuous decline – and in summer 2018 it reached its worst result (since measurements began).
